In visits to different departments at each location and in classes on specific topics given at vocational schools, Knorr-Bremse gives top priority to using real-life, practical examples as the basis for its training program. We also offer you the opportunity to complete an internship in a foreign country and attend school there. This lets you gain an international perspective on your future career.
At the end of you training, tangible knowledge is expected: a report, the presentation belonging to it and an oral test on a topic on which the trainees have worked intensively for six months within the organization, make up a third of the final exam.
